Masterclass by OptionKing, including its design and content, is the exclusive and proprietary property of OptionKing. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

5) DELAYS IN SERVICES
Masterclass by OptionKing shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to equipment failures, natural disasters, strikes, or acts of war.

The sole Arbitrator shall be appointed by the Managing Director of OptionKing.
Seat and venue of arbitration: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Applicable law: Laws of India.
15) JURISDICTION
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
